This reminds us that we are no longer two churches—we are one family in Christ. That means we will lead with love, practice forgiveness, honor one another’s gifts, and protect our unity. Like any family, we will have different personalities and preferences, but our love for each other must always outweigh our differences.

Though we may come from different church cultures or experiences, we stand on one unshakable faith in Jesus Christ. That’s what Galatians 3:26–28 is all about—being one in Christ, not divided by background, tradition, or history.

This is the part that should inspire all of us. We are not building for today only—we are building for the future. Every decision we make, every ministry we shape, and every soul we reach is part of a legacy that we will hand off to the next generation. A legacy of worship, of love, of community, of truth. This church will outlive us. Let’s build something worth inheriting.
